Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. If you require an earlier breakfast then please just let us know.

A choice of:

Coffee
Herbal or fruit tea
Hot chocolate
Chilled milk
Orange, apple or pomegranate juice

White or granary toast served with jams and marmalade

Porridge with a choice of: cream, honey, brown sugar, dried apricots or sultanas

Traditional breakfast – grilled pork sausage, bacon, and black pudding; eggs any way you wish; grilled fresh tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms

Bacon with two poached eggs on a bed of spinach, served on granary toast

Three egg omelette with either diced bacon, mature cheddar cheese or mushrooms, served with grilled tomatoes

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on granary or white toast

All our bread, fruit, veg, bacon, sausage, black pudding and eggs come from our local Innerleithen baker, greengrocer & butcher
