White wines
Fresh and clean
- Jibe, Marlborough Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand. This wine is a reflection of a vibrant coastal climate. Youthful, refreshing fruit flavours of nectarine and passion fruit overlay a structure of fresh acidity in a palate of seamless elegance. The finish lingers crisp and dry in a perfect blend of flavour and acidity. £16
- Terramore Pinot Grigio,Veneto, Italy. Made from organic grapes, it has a strong yellow straw colour and an aroma of acacia with a hint of citrus in the flavour. The palate is dry, full-bodied and well balanced. £17
- Chablis, J.Moreau et Fils, France. The vines grow on gentle slopes along the perimeter of the Chabliz Grand Cru and Premier Cru appelations. Pale gold in colour with slight green tinges and a fruity nose with butter and hazelnut aromas. £22
Medium and fruity
- Katherine Hills Un-oaked Chardonnay, Australia. Made from fruit grown in the Adelaide Hills, acclaimed Australian winemaker Rob Dundon has produced this wine using no oak contact. The result is a fruit driven style full of luscious tropical fruit flavours. £13 (£3.50 for a 175ml glass)
- Goyenechea Torrontés, Mendoza, Argentina. Torrontes is Argentina's iconic white grape variety, and very closely related to Spain's Albarino. It thrives in the high altitude vineyards of the Andes and gives a wine with delicate floral notes. From the Famatina Valley, this wine is easy drinking, rich, aromatic and fruity, with the flavours of peach and orange peel. £15
Full flavoured
- Macon Lugny Les Genievres, Burgundy, France. Lugny is one of the top vineyards in southern Burgundy's Maconnais region and the only village planted with Chardonnay 30 years ago due to the perfect situation. Maison Louis Latour rigorously selects grapes to produce a wine that is clean and lively with a flowery bouquet and lovely honey, apples and nutty flavours on the palate. £20
- Gustave Lorentz Riesling Reserve, Alsace, France. This is a dry, refined and delicately fruity Riesling, with an elegant bouquet of mineral and floral notes. Rielsing is acknowledged as one of the finest white varietals in the world and Alsace as the finest area for growing it. £24
Rosé
- Goyenechea Merlot Rose, Argentina. A young, aromatic and sensual wine, it has a slight sweetness with a light palate. Gorgeous crushed strawberry fruit flavours. Fresh, lively and hugely drinkable on its own or with a meal. £14 (£3.75 for a 175ml glass)
Red wines
Medium Bodied Red
- Red Rock, Cabernet-Merlot, South East Australia. Shows berry flavours complemented by soft, rounded tannins. £13 (£3.50 for a 175ml glass)
- Domaine des Charmeuses, Beaujolais Villages, Henri Fessy, France. This is a fantastic everyday drinking wine, light, fruity and perfectly balanced in all aspects. A perfect choice for those who love red wine without the heaviness. £18
- Château Carignan, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux, France. Merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc aged for 18 months in new oak to give a wine with ripe red berry fruit aromas. A very pleasant flavour with liquorice notes and silky tannins. £21
Full Bodied
- Impero, Valpolicella, DOC, Veneto, Italy. A youthful bouquet from red cherries and raspberries shines through. Packed full of cherry jam fruit and balanced with juicy soft tannins. £18
- Beronia Reserva, Rioja Alavesa, Spain. 100% Tempranillo from the best area of Rioja giving a wine which is smooth from first tasting and everything good Rioja should be. Full bodied, with oak and berry on the nose, it is velvety and well balanced with ripe fruit, dry spices and vanilla. £20
- Maclaren Vale Beresford, Shiraz, Australia. Deep dark red with a slight purple rim, this wine has aromas of pepper, spice and dark berries bursting out of the glass. Soft as silk on the palate with juicy, luscious plums and blackberries, some spicy characters and subtle ground black pepper. The oak use is classy and the finish will leave you wanting more. £24
- Torreon de Parades, Don Amado, Chilean Andes. This is a very intense wine made from hand selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes of the highest quality. It has a deep black colour with shades of purple. The nose is very complex with notes of nuts, black fruits (blackcurrants, plums, and ripe pomegranates), spices (liquorice, nutmeg) with fine cocoa and vanilla notes from the 16 months spent aging in new French oak barrels. On the palate it is still a young wine with robust tannins and notes of black fruits and truffles mixed with spices, tobacco and dark chocolate that provide an elegant and pleasant finish. £32
Dessert Wine
- Torreon de Paredes Late Harvest Gewurtztraminer, Chile (37.5cl). Golden yellow in colour, with the aroma of candied orange and honey, the sweetness is balanced and refined and it is an ideal accompaniment to any pudding. £14 (£5.00 for a 125ml glass)
Champagne and sparkling wine
- Champagne Mansard Brut Non Vintage, France. Blended with the three main champagne grape varieties from grand cru and premier cru vineyards; Pinot Noir gives elegance and length, Pinot Meunier gives bodyweight and Chardonnay contributes aroma and finesse. There is a good amount of bottle age on the brut non-vintage, making this a very attractive and enjoyable champagne. £34
- Champagne Mansard Brut Rosé Non Vintage, France. From the same grape varieties and grand and premier cru vineyards as the brut non vintage, but with a delicate pink champagne with a softer fruitier style. £36
- Botter Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOC Non Vintage, Italy. The colour is a straw shade of yellow reflecting springs rays of sunshine while the flavour, is harmoniously balanced elegant and with delicate fruity notes and a low acidity. A delicious and less dry but more fruity alternative to champagne £22 (£6.00 for a 175ml glass)

Cuddy Bridge Apple Juice, Innerleithen. 100% locally grown apples, hand pressed, with no sugars or water added. A beautifully refreshing alternative to a glass of wine, fresh crisp and very appley! £2.75 for a 330ml bottle
