Bedrooms

             

Caddon View offers superior accommodation in Innerleithen by Peebles. Set back from the road our Victorian house sits in its own mature garden and has 8 very comfortable, individually designed bedrooms all equipped with those little extras to make you feel very much at home. 

We have ample parking and secure storage for bikes, fishing gear etc.  Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 11am.

If you dine with us we will provide a complimentary turndown service in the evening.

The accommodation consists of:                        

• 4 superior en-suite double (king-size) rooms - Leithen, Moorfoot, Yarrow and Traquair
• 2 classic en-suite double (queen -size) rooms - Tweed and Ettrick
• 1 standard twin room with its own private bathroom - Glentress
• 1 en-suite single room - St Ronan's

All rooms have a remote control colour television with Freeview and integrated DVD players, radio, alarm clock, plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, and en- suite shower/bathrooms (with the exception of the twin room, which has its own private bathroom just a few steps away) with complimentary toiletries. Superior rooms are larger than standard double rooms. Each room can also be made available to single guests if required (for supplements see our tariffs).  High speed WiFi is free and available in all bedrooms and public rooms. Dogs

We are dog lovers and we even have our own two labradors called Tilly & Lola. However we only allow well behaved dogs to stay in the Ettrick room - we also make a small charge for extra cleaning of £10. We do allow dogs into the drawing room at the discretion of our other guests. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet and do refer to our terms and conditions page.
