All prices are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.   For arrivals between 4pm & 5.30pm we will provide complimentary tea or coffee and homemade cake.  Check in is from 4pm.

• Please note that these prices only apply when booking directly with Caddon View.  If you book through an agent they may quote higher rates.
• We do not surcharge for credit card and debit card payments.
• Dinner Bed & Breakfast - Includes either a 2 or 3 course dinner using fresh, locally sourced produce, with a varying menu each day - excludes drinks and Sunday and Monday evenings when our restaurant is closed.  Please book a table for dinner in advance either by telephone or by booking online.

For family rooms or single rooms please contact us by either filling out our contact form or by telephoning us as we may have additional availability which is not shown on the online booking form.  Please note that our single room is small so if you are staying for more than 2 nights you may prefer one of our double rooms.
