All prices are per person per night.
Single occupancy of a standard double or twin room may be
accepted depending on availability and will attract a supplement
of £20 per night.
This may be waived at our discretion during the low season.
At busy periods single occupancy of a double or twin room will
be charged at the full room rate.
Whilst we do not serve dinner, we are happy to recommend several
nearby places where you can enjoy an evening meal.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Deposits and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per
day is due at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge in full the cost of accommodation
we could not re-let if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
For block bookings of the whole hotel, 50% non-refundable of
the accommodation cost is paid 14 days of arrival.
Caddon View is a small hotel big on quality and value, ideally
suited to small parties. Groups visiting the Scottish Borders for
walking, fishing, golfing or small weddings can have the run of
the house and we can tailor a specific package to your exact needs.
For larger parties we recommend Traquair House or the Glen House, both only a few minutes away.
