Whether you've been out four-wheel driving, fishing, hiking or biking, or just sight-seeing in the beautiful Borders countryside, it's bliss to come back to somewhere where you can kick back and relax. Chill out in front of a DVD or gather round for an evening meal with friends or family; draw a hot bath before heading out for a quiet evening meal or making plans for your next holiday adventure.
Here at Caddon View Lodge in Innerleithen you'll find a home from home. Our superb, spacious 3-bedroom chalet style lodge comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Situated in the quiet, private grounds of our family-run luxury bed & breakfast, the self-catering lodge is every bit as welcoming and bright as the rest of our accommodation. By booking well in advance it's possible to accommodate larger parties, with some guests staying in the guesthouse and others in the Lodge - ideal if more than one family are holidaying together.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, and at the heart of the Scottish Borders thriving mountain-biking scene, Innerleithen is a gateway to this quiet part of Scotland. Whether you are on a mountain bike holiday, enjoying the vistas from paths like the Southern Upland Way, or visiting the many historic houses and castles in the area, Innerleithen makes a great place to base yourselves.
If you don't have time to stay for longer than a day or two, we will be more than happy to accommodate you in the main guesthouse.

Even better, Edinburgh is only a short drive away, giving you the perfect opportunity to mix the culture of the capital with the freedom of the fairways (if you're a golfer), the challenge of the Tweed (if you're a fisherman), or just the chance to enjoy Scotland's great outdoors.
Mountain-bikers - test yourselves on some of the best bike runs in the UK (Glentress, Innerleithen and the 7Stanes have trails to suit all abilities).
History buffs will love exploring the landscapes of Sir Walter Scott, Scottish kings and queens and the splendid country homes of earls and dukes.
