Reservations

All prices are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT. If you have booked directly with us (not used an agent) and arrive between 4pm & 5.30pm we will provide complimentary tea and home-made cake. Check in is from 4pm.

**We provide offline tariffs which may be better than online rates seen anywhere. You must telephone directly for these.**

• Please note that these prices only apply when booking directly with Caddon View. If you book through an agent they may quote higher rates.
• We do not surcharge for credit card and debit card payments.
• If you wish to dine with us please let us know, at the latest, a couple of days in advance either by telephone or by e-mail.
• We will provide a free upgrade with our double rooms, in preference of booking agents, but this is always subject to availability. We always recommend you book a room appropriate to your needs.

Single Rooms

Our single room is little so if you are staying for more than 2 nights you may prefer one of our double rooms at a single occupancy rate. All rooms can be made for single occupancy and rates are only available through our website.

Gift Vouchers

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher as a present then please contact us directly to book as we will make up a personalised gift letter and supply information about Caddon View to your recipient.
